In modern day Archian Isle; a group of troublesome teenagers from Outcast Island are invited to come to Berk by upcoming queen, Astrid, who believes that just because their parents were the Archipelago's greatest enemies does not mean their children have to suffer the same punishment, and should be given a chance.
