Hands Down (based on the movie Medicine Man from 1992)

I figured this fandom could use some porn, so I wrote it. (Sorry if someone else got to this fandom with their porn first, but I couldn't find it.) Not meant to depict realistic/safe bondage so don't copy it. I'm calling this "Hands Down" because the guy's hands are tied down (well sort of - he's tied at the wrists and ankles) and I like dumb puns.
