Peter Parker feels extremely guilty for yelling at Mr Ditkovitch over his broken door. No matter what troubles the young tenant was going through, there was no excuse to yell at his landlord like that. Determined to put things right, the young boy finally decided to pay his rent - as well as something for Ditkovitch to make it up to him.
