The Comet Meets the Window

This is for Round 19 of alyssialui's Twister Challenge. In this round we had to choose from a list of restrictions. I chose "A window must break." Summary: A young Draco doesn't understand why he can't fly on his broomstick unsupervised. But everything changes when he crashes through the window of his father's study, with his father in the study.
