Novabird

An old friend from both Oliver and Sara's pasts comes to Starling, looking to reforge old friendships, and help with the fight against injustice. He is a lot more than he seems, and has a bit of a history with both Oliver and Sara, as well as ties to Slade, the League and even Moira (a little bit). Will eventually be OC/Felicity, but bear with me while it gets there!
