Castiel Grey is just a normal seeming guy, who gets accidentally picked up by the TARDIS and thrown into a wild ride with Clara and the Doctor. But he and the Doctor have a history, and he is certainly more than he seems.

Cas and Felicity have gotten themselves into a dangerous situation, and it's up to Oliver to race against time to save them. Meanwhile, Felicity is getting a hard, deep look into Cas's past, and it's not all happy memories and smooth sailing. Sequel to Novabird.

Cas stopped in Central City after an A.R.G.U.S mission to meet with Harrison Wells, and subsequently became embroiled in the conflict between Barry and the metahumans created by the accelerator explosion. May introduce Felicity in line with the show. In the same universe as Novabird and Castiel.

He is a lot more than he seems, and has a bit of a history with both Oliver and Sara, as well as ties to Slade, the League and even Moira (a little bit). Will eventually be OC/Felicity, but bear with me while it gets there!
