Summary
Long ago the One Ring was destroyed but remnants of evil remain, biding their time, until the moment when all will come together in perfect alignment to allow the return of the Enemy. Now is that time. The present day is not what you think: elves endure, faded but present; the bloodline of the kings of Gondor resurfaces, against all possibility; and evil stirrings begin to be felt.
