Summary
Inspired by the movie Awake (2007), this story is about a dying Sherlock who is in need of a heart transplant, John as his loving partner and also his cardiologist. What will happen when an enemy resurfaces and gives John two choices: Sherlock or Rosie? How will they go though hell, and who will be left there?
