Harry Potter, Agent of SHIELD

After being left at an orphanage, Harry is found and taken in by Phil Coulson, who raises him in SHIELD headquarters as a combat specialist. Years later, he receives his Hogwarts letter, and is sent to investigate the wizarding world as an undercover agent, leading to a series of bizarre and dangerous adventures, both with SHIELD and as a Hogwarts student.
