Kyle needs a new kidney, and doesn't think he'll find one. He calls a friend who's experienced with death to steady himself, only to be assured he's going to live. Kenny's never been much of a liar, though, and everything he does and says increases Kyle's concern over the circumstances regarding the acquisition of his newest organ.
