AU Naruto without Bijuu, more consistent power levels, earned from work jutsu rather than auto-learn hax from birth/emotions... Shukaku still exists and torments Gaara, but is a spirit. Minato was never Hokage, no hiraishin. Naruto and Kushina discriminated due to nationalism and superstition (ginger). The Sannin are all sages. Tsunade adoptive mom of Kushina. Akatsuki less OP.
