Paradise is an Acquired Taste

There are many things that should have gone differently in 12 year old Harry Potter's short life. The Basilisk shouldn't have been able to bite him. He shouldn't have survived that fight. Dumbledore shouldn't have sent him back to the Dursleys. The Dursley's shouldn't have taught him how to cook. But most importantly- They shouldn't have trusted his food. aka There be blood.
