Effects of Basilisk

Lots of things won't work on Harry Potter because of a combination of basilisk venom and phoenix tears in his blood. The trauma of the events after the third task bring those two elements in Harry's blood to the forefront. Not fun for dementors, professors and love potions. Slash but only in some conversations.
