Summary
Twilight Sparkle tries to be as dignified of a leader as possible. Celestia tries to give Twilight advice, but Twilight takes things the wrong way. Twilight comes up with a new rule for the citizens of Ponyville to support. Fluttershy and Rarity support the new rule, but the others don't.
