Lestrade's fully furnished and inexpensive new flat in central London is haunted by ghosts who firmly insist that they aren't ghosts. He's not sure if he believes them or if he's having a breakdown and hallucinating everything. Either way he's got two new flat mates he wishes would just give up the ghost and leave him and his normal life alone.
