  • Shatter

It is the week after Christmas, 1991, but for Harry Potter that is no longer true. His parents are greeting him at Kings Cross station, ready to celebrate Christmas together. They have been dead for years but now they are alive. It is the week after Christmas, and Harry gazes unmoving into the Mirror of Erised. If nothing is done soon, he will die- the Mirror has him in its power.

  • Consequences

"They were dead. They'd be flayed, or hung, drawn and quartered. Put in the stocks for Slytherins to throw rotten potion ingredients at..." A (very) short one-shot set just after the flying car incident.

  • The Cat-Collar Charm

Harry, invisibly creeping around after curfew to take a bath with his golden egg, never expected that he would wake up the next morning in the hospital wing with a charmed pet collar round his neck... But Moody had always been trigger-happy, and when Snape found him hexed into a staircase the man wasn't exactly pleased. Will Harry ever get him to take the charm off? 3 chapter fic.

  • The night the key did not work, and the day after

It really was all Tuppy Glossop's fault, even if those last few cocktails had (perhaps) not been Bertie's best idea. Will he be able to get Jeeves to understand that, though? Also posted on AO3.

  • An unfortunate crash-landing

When the bars on his window are wrenched off by a flying-carful of Weasleys, Harry is glad to be free of the Dursleys. But a malfunctioning Ford Anglia means that the four of them never make it to Ottery St Catchpole- instead, they crash-land in Severus Snape's garden. Based on a Potions and Snitches challenge, also posted on P&S.

  • The Garden in Hogsmeade

Growth has always fascinated Pomona, whether it be in plants or people... Just a short character study: Pomona Sprout, her mother, and the garden in Hogsmeade. Part of a series of character studies featuring the Hogwarts Heads of Houses.

  • Tailor-Made

Severus Snape and Minerva McGonagall have a hidden hobby. Both of them love to sew. The hum of the sewing machine that Severus inherited from his mother and the snick of Minerva's enchanted scissors are the sounds that they love. So what to do when Minerva discovers a student with less than adequate clothing, clothing too large and baggy, too worn and thin to be used?

  • A Handful of Buttons

Minerva's metal-button to scissors transfiguration is sharp enough to cut acromantula silk... Just a short character study: Minerva McGonagall, buttons and transfiguration.

  • The Hogwarts Quartet

After Professor Kettleburn retires, the Hogwarts Quartet has lost their viola player. Famous only in music circles and virtually unknown at Hogwarts, the quartet is forced to search for someone who plays the viola to their exacting standards. This could mean the end of their time as a quartet, or they need to find a student who is pretty damn good. Enter one Harry Potter.

  • Playing with fire

Hermione's first year at Hogwarts provides her with many unconventional experiences, but it is only at her first quidditch match that she realises the path she is on. Or: wherein Hermione sets a teacher on fire, is caught in two senses of the word, considers her future opportunities, prevaricates, confesses, and is assigned a punishment that isn't quite a punishment.

  • The Hogwarts Quartet

Severus Snape: Double Bass Player Extraordinaire Minerva McGonagall: Master of the Cello Albus Dumbledore: Virtuosic Violinist After Professor Kettleburn retires, the Hogwarts Quartet loses their viola player. Famous only in music circles, the quartet is forced to search for someone who plays the viola to their exacting standards. Enter Harry Potter.

  • A Mishap with the Floo

Percy Weasley had never liked using the floo, but this time it isn't his glasses he's lost, but himself and his little sister. Will they find their way to Great-Aunt Muriel's? Who is playing the mysterious enchanted music? Will Great-Aunt Muriel ever get to see his brand new prefect badge and know that he is practically an adult now? Part one of three (I think).

  • Azalea

This is a story of a tangled family. Two witches, one muggle. A nephew, as well. How did Harry Potter end up with magic-hating Petunia if he had another aunt that loved magic? (Aunt Petunia never mentioned her, so maybe she studied beetles, or wrote salacious novels, or was an actor.) (Severus Snape preferred her to Petunia, so maybe she was horribly strict.)
