Richelieu sends the Red Guard to kill Aramis for his indiscretion. Luckily they don't succeed. The musketeers find a healer living on the edge of the woods to help him. Little do they know, the healer is not human and they get pulled into the devil's dealings.
Season 3 Rewrite. This is episode 5. King Louis has decided to meet with his generals to discuss the next steps as war looms during his annual hunt. Questions are answered, more questions are raised, and the need for the Musketeers becomes evident.
Season 3 rewrite continues with episode 4: With the threat of war breathing down their necks, the Musketeers band together to protect the people of Paris and the king's guests. Meanwhile, Athos receives a request from the king that challenges him in ways he never expected.

The King's sister, the Duchess of Savoy, was visiting Paris. The King was throwing a ball in her honor and as always, the Comte de la Fere was invited. He was quite sure that the King did not expect him to actually accept the invitation, since he had not accepted any of the dozens that had come before it. But the invitation had been sent and it was his choice whether or not to go.
An unexpected visitor from Aramis' past crashes into The Musketeers' world and quickly becomes embroiled in a deadly mission to protect the Queen. Aramis/Anne, Athos/OC. **FINALLY COMPLETE!**

When the musketeers discover that an attack made against the Cardinal is not a robbery as it appears to be, the four, as well as Captain Treville, must work together to figure out and put an end to the attackers' real plans. Trouble finds the musketeers, mainly Aramis, as they try to find the truth. This is a sequel to my other story, Love is the Most Selfish of All the Passions.
